Sign up with email or Google / Microsoft. You get the full Professional plan free for 14 days — no credit card needed. On day 14, your account converts to Solo automatically unless you add a payment method. You keep all your skills, chat history, and audit logs.
Professional and above include AI usage in the price. Solo uses your existing Claude account (free tier or paid) — useful if you already pay Anthropic. Enterprise can bring their own AI provider keys for billing/compliance.
One Windows + Excel installation. The license activates when you sign in to HISAB inside Excel. Moving to a new laptop is free — sign out on the old one, sign in on the new one. Professional includes 3 devices to cover work laptop + home + a VM, common for accountants.
Online checkout: USD via Stripe (cards + Apple/Google Pay). For Team and Enterprise we can invoice in AED, PKR, INR, EUR, and GBP — bank transfer, NET-30 terms.
Yes — anytime from the billing page. Your license stays active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but no questions asked either.

Your workbook stays on your machine — HISAB never uploads your sheets. The only thing sent to the AI is the specific context you ask about (sheet names, ranges, sample rows). Configurations, audit logs, and skill code live in %APPDATA%\HISAB on your device. See the security page for details.
VAT (UAE 5%, EU country-specific) and GST (India 18%) are added at checkout based on your billing country. Reverse-charge applies for valid VAT numbers in the EU.
