Terms of Service

Effective 1 June 2026. These terms govern your use of the HISAB 360 website and service.

Use of HISAB

HISAB 360 is an Excel add-in for finance workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for accounting, audit, tax, payment, or ERP posting decisions.

Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability, but scheduled maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may occasionally interrupt access.

Accounts and licenses

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Your account activates HISAB when you sign in inside Excel; accounts may not be shared outside your organization unless your plan explicitly allows it (for example, Team seats).

Data and security

You control the workbook data you submit to HISAB. The product is designed to send only the workbook context needed for a requested task. Security details are described in the security model.

Payments

Paid plans renew on the billing cycle you choose. Trials convert according to the plan terms shown at checkout. You can cancel from billing settings before renewal.

Limitations

HISAB is provided as a productivity tool, not as a substitute for professional judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HISAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
