Effective 14 May 2026. These terms describe the preview website and planned HISAB 360 service.

Use of HISAB

HISAB 360 is an Excel add-in for finance workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for accounting, audit, tax, payment, or ERP posting decisions.

Preview status

Some website flows are marked as previews. Preview forms, checkout, OAuth, video, and account actions do not create live obligations until the production service is enabled.

Accounts and licenses

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. License keys are assigned to authorized users and devices and may not be shared outside your organization unless a plan explicitly allows it.

Data and security

You control the workbook data you submit to HISAB. The product is designed to send only the workbook context needed for a requested task. Security details are described in the security model.

Payments

Paid plans renew on the billing cycle you choose. Trials convert according to the plan terms shown at checkout. You can cancel from billing settings before renewal.

Limitations

HISAB is provided as a productivity tool, not as a substitute for professional judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HISAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
