Refund Policy
Effective 31 May 2026. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for HISAB 360 subscriptions.
Try before you pay
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate HISAB 360 before being charged. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the product fits your workflow.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund for that charge. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a plan.
Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Renewals and used periods
Charges for renewal periods, and for periods that have already begun, are generally non-refundable. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us promptly — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
How to request a refund
Email support@hisab360.net from the email address on your account, including your order or invoice reference. We typically respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Payments and merchant of record
Payments for HISAB 360 are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, and can also be requested using the receipt Paddle emails you after purchase.
