Voice · Sahib & Sahiba
Speak, and Excel responds. With HISAB 360 you can say what you want and watch the AI agent carry it out in your sheet — build a pivot, write a formula, run a macro — completely hands-free. And meet Sahib and Sahiba: your always-listening voice advisors that answer questions about your workbook out loud.
Start free trialClick the microphone in the chat panel and talk. Your words appear in the message box, and when you pause, HISAB 360 sends them to the AI agent automatically. That agent drives 72+ Excel tools, so a spoken request becomes real work in the grid: build pivots and charts, write and fix formulas, author and run VBA, run Python, or reconcile your ERP. It is the full agent — just driven by your voice instead of the keyboard.
Switch the advisor on and you get a hands-free companion that listens and talks back. It introduces itself as Sahib (a male voice) or Sahiba (a female voice) to match the voice you choose — a Jarvis-style AI advisor for spreadsheets. Just say its name and ask: "Sahiba, what's my gross margin this quarter?" and it reads your sheet and answers out loud. You can think out loud, ask follow-ups, and keep working while it speaks.
Sahib and Sahiba are deliberately read-only, so talking to them is always safe. The advisor can read any range, run a balance check, classify a trial balance, and query your connected ERP read-only — then explain the answer in plain speech. It also remembers context across the session, such as your name, role and a few key facts, so follow-up questions feel natural. When you actually want changes made, you dictate those to the acting agent above, which is approval-gated and fully audited.
Spoken replies work three ways, and you choose:
These voice keys are separate from the AI subscription or key that powers the agent, and HISAB never adds a markup on either.
Ask for a summary, a trend, or a variance and the advisor reads the numbers and speaks the result. Replies stream sentence by sentence, so it starts talking within about a second instead of waiting for the whole answer to finish. It is genuinely useful when you are reviewing a model, walking a colleague through figures, or simply want to keep your hands on the keyboard and your eyes on the sheet.
Speech recognition runs locally through your computer's built-in Windows speech engine — your audio is not sent to a cloud transcription service, and no key is required to talk. Your workbook data stays on your machine; only the context the AI needs (sheet names, ranges, headers and sample rows) is shared with the AI you connect. The microphone is yours to switch on and off whenever you like.
Sahib and Sahiba are HISAB 360's voice AI advisors — one assistant that introduces itself as Sahib (male voice) or Sahiba (female voice) to match the voice you pick. You talk to it by name and it answers out loud about your workbook, completely hands-free.
Yes. Click the mic in the chat panel and speak; your words go into the message box and auto-send on a pause to the AI agent, which then builds pivots, writes formulas, runs macros or Python, and more — directly in your sheet.
Speech-to-text is free and runs locally (the built-in Windows Web Speech engine, no key). For spoken replies you can use free Windows voices, or premium voices by bringing your own OpenAI API key or Google Cloud key — Google's Chirp 3 HD has a roughly 1-million-character monthly free tier. Voice keys are separate from the AI that powers the agent.
No. Sahib and Sahiba are read-only by design: they read ranges, run balance checks, classify a trial balance, and query your ERP read-only, then explain in speech. To make changes you dictate to the acting agent, which is approval-gated and audited.
Free Windows system voices, OpenAI voices (nova, alloy, echo, fable, onyx, shimmer), and Google Chirp 3 HD voices (the default). You choose the voice on the Voice settings page, and the advisor's name — Sahib or Sahiba — follows the voice's gender.
Your audio is not — speech recognition runs locally via the Windows engine, with no STT key. Your workbook stays on your machine too; only the context the AI needs (sheet names, ranges, headers, sample rows) goes to the AI provider you connect.
