How we write our guides.

The guides on this site are written by the team that builds and supports HISAB 360. This page explains how they are made.

Who writes them

Guides are published as “the HISAB 360 team”. They are written and checked by the people who build HISAB 360, test it against real accounting systems and answer support email. We do not publish under invented author names.

How we use AI

We use AI tools, including the assistant inside HISAB 360, for research and first drafts. Before a guide goes live, its steps are run in desktop Excel, formulas are tested on a sample workbook, and anything we say about another company's product is checked against that company's own documentation, which we link to. A person on the team then reviews and approves it.

Writing about our own product

We make HISAB 360, and many guides mention it. When a guide compares HISAB 360 with other tools, it says so at the top and says where another tool is the better choice. HISAB 360 runs only in desktop Excel on Windows, and guides say so wherever it matters. We do not use affiliate links.

Dates

“Published” is the date a guide first went live. “Updated” changes when we change what a guide says, not when we fix a typo or a broken link. Where a guide depends on how another product behaves today, it also says when we last checked.

Corrections

If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email support@hisab360.net. We correct factual errors and update the date.

What we removed

In October 2026 we removed 43 older posts, mostly general Excel how-tos, that did not meet this standard. Where one overlapped with a better page, its address now forwards there. The guides that remain cover the work HISAB 360 is built for: accounting systems, Excel automation and AI in Excel. See the current guides.
